Case Reports

Select the Workflows Toolkit on the Admin Home page.

Select the Workflows Toolkit on the Admin Home page.

Below the Cases counter, click on the Summary Reports link.

You can filter for Reported, Opened and Closed Cases. You can also filter for the date range you require.
