Re-order in the Outline view
Open the Framework you wish to work with in Outline view. Choose the Edit tab and select the Standard for which you wish to re-order the child Standards

Open the Framework you wish to work with in Outline view. Choose the Edit tab and select the Standard for which you wish to re-order the child Standards
To reorder, drag Standards up and down the list and Save.
