# Remove downstream relationships

In the Downstream tab of the Relationships ribbon, select the relationships you want to remove and click the Delete icon. **This will not delete the downstream Competency or Standard, ONLY the relationship between them.** You can remove downstream relationships one at a time or select multiple relationships to delete.
